Please note that all areas inside the house are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. No loud music or noise inside and outside of the house between 23h00 and 08h00 is allowed. Loss of house keys or garage remotes is subject to a penalty fee.

Right of Admission Reserved: O on Kloof Residence reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of these house rules or if they disturb neighbours.

A 50% deposit plus a security deposit is required to confirm your booking and full prepayment of total accommodation will be required no later than 1 month prior to the arrival date.
A security deposit of R 1500 is levied on every confirmed booking and is fully refundable, withing 5 working days of departure, if the property and all of its contents are in the same condition as it was found.

Late check-ins by prior arrangements only.
All major credit cards accepted except Diners Card. Cheques not accepted.

Cancellation Policy - Custom

Cancellation or No-show:
Should a cancellation occur, the following conditions apply:
0- 7 days or no-show: forfeit 100% of the total accommodation cost;
8 – 21 days: forfeit 75% of the total accommodation cost;
22 days or more: full accommodation is refundable, excluding the deposit;
All cancellations must be done in writing
