Description
This farmhouse sleeps 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. On request, 2 single beds can be made available at an extra cost. There is a shower, basin, and toilet in the first bathroom and a bath, basin, and toilet in the second bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is also a counter with chairs. The dining area seats 8 guests and the lounge area has a comfortable lounge set, a TV with full DStv channels and Showmax, as well as a fireplace. The second lounge area has a comfortable leather sofa and a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels. The house boasts an indoor braai with a bar and built-in braai. The house leads to a wooden deck with seating and a view of the farm and the beautiful Paarl Mountain.

Guests should bring with their own wood for braai and fireplace. Please note this reservation is subject to Oak Tree Haven terms and conditions: only guests booked will be allowed on the premises and under no circumstances will parties be allowed. It is a working farm with several guest rooms. The speed limit is 20 km per hour. Please watch out for dogs, workers and other guests on the roads. No noise after 22:00. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and an extra fee will be charged for cleaning if this rule is violated. It is also private property and right of access reserved.
