You booked three days before arrival, for a two-night stay, before you could occupy your own holiday home. Our holiday resort has been in existence since 1906 and we have been the owners for 32 years. We live in the resort and available 24/7, always on hand and interacting personally with our customers. As far as our pricing goes: our chalets are virtually always fully booked and regularly with repeat customers - so our pricing must be acceptable and competitive. We obviously also annually compare our pricing against the market around us. Yes, only one of our chalets has a shower - the other five have baths.
As our resort is a caravan park also, we have full ablution facilities. We always inform our chalet customers that the ablution showers are available to them.
Our motto for our chalets: provide a comfortable bed, clean & nice linen, hot water, braai facilities, a cold fridge, stove, microwave, TV - basic, but all you need for a self-catering holiday.
Decor: there are mats all over the chalets - bathroom mats, bedside mats & lamps and pictures on the walls.
Here children play safely together, teenagers love the games room and the resort is 600m walking distance from Uvongo’s famous beach, lagoon & pool facilities.
