Ocean One - Linda is a self-catering apartment located in a secure building, with stunning views of the ocean situated in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. Perfect for guests looking for comfortable accommodation, close to a variety of action. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which both have a shower, basin and toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has a large sliding door leading onto a patio that offers undisturbed sea views, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The kitchen and lounge area is open-plan, and the kitchen contains facilities such as a fridge-freezer and microwave, an oven with a stove as well as a washing machine, dish washer and ample built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery, with other appliances included. The lounge has comfortable seating arrangements, with a TV that has a DVD player and full DStv viewing. Leading from the lounge are also large sliding doors, that opens on to a covered deck area that has a built-in braai and patio furniture, with views of the beach and ocean. Secure parking is available for one vehicle, and Ocean One - Linda is within close proximity to restaurants and shops, and many other attractions and activities within the Garden Route.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after guests departure should everything be found to be in order with the unit.

If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.

Additional fees will be applicable in the following situation:

When guests are found smoking in the unit.
When the dishes aren't cleaned before departure.
If the guests leave the units unlocked.
Not returning the keys at check-out time.
Arrivals after check-in time.
More than the arranged guests staying at the unit.
For spill marks and stains on furniture and carpets.
When pets are in the units without express permission.
Any breakages or shortages.
Any excessive noise or disturbances that result in complaints from the neighbours.
If guests mix inventory from different units e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
