Ocean View C403 is a self-catering apartment located within a secure building, in Bloubergstrand and boasts sea and mountain views from the large windows and balcony.

This spacious apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a basin, and toilet; the main bedroom has a big sliding window which virtually invites the ocean view right into the bedroom. In the second bedroom, you will find two 3-quarter size beds and plenty of cupboard space; the second bathroom offers a shower-over-bath, a basin, a toilet, and a washing machine.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an undercounter oven and a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, washing machine, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher. There is also cutlery, crockery, utensils, and pots and pans. The adjacent open-plan living area has a 4-seater dining table, sofas to relax on and a Smart TV with Netflix and DStv apps for guests to login with their own login details; free Wi-Fi Internet access is available.

The living area leads out onto a balcony, which has a 4-seater outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Guests can admire views of the ocean, and Table Mountain on clear days. The accommodation is not affected by load shedding as it has an inverter which powers the TV and Wi-Fi during load shedding times.
