Description
Octopus Garden is a self-catering holiday house situated in Murdock Valley North with breathtaking views of False Bay. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighbourhood with lovely mountain walks or drives from the doorstep.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 with sea-facing views. The third room is situated outside of the house. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. This room has a door opening to the swimming pool area. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds or a king bed. All beds have percale linen. There is an additional guest toilet.
The house features an open-plan kitchen, dining area as well as a lounge area. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. Down a few steps is a lounge area with couches and a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-fi is available. The lounge opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and braai facilities.
There is a small swimming pool that is set back so it is protected from prevailing winds. The patio offers a beautiful place to sit, relax and enjoy meals and drinks.
