Description

On The Rocks is a Mediterranean-style double-storey self-catering holiday home, overlooking Walker Bay. This luxury house is just a 5 minute drive from the town centre, and offers access to the cliff path.

On The Rocks can accommodate up to 10 guests, and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The room leads to a large balcony with stunning sea views. On this level there is a also a large sunny sitting area with a large bar counter, that also leads to the balcony.

On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen, dining and lounge area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The first bathroom contains a bath and a shower, the second bathroom contains a shower only.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas hob, electric oven, a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The stunning dining room seats 10. The comfortable TV lounge and the dining area both open to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and braai facilities. The house also has a large swimming pool with a safety net and a lovely garden.

Underfloor heating is available in the living areas. The house has a double garage, with a pool table. There is also plenty of extra off-street parking.
