On the water – Thesen is located right in the heart of the Knysna Lagoon. Knysna is part of the Garden Route and very well known for its golf courses, lagoon, forests, rivers and oceans. The area provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. This is a perfect destination for both adventure and leisure tourists.

This duplex unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms contain a king-size bed. The first bedroom has a bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has a bathroom that contains a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The living area opens up onto a lovely wooden deck area which has an outdoor dining set and sun loungers. The deck is set next to the water's edge and overlooks the lagoon.

The estate offers biometric controlled access and offers a maze, clubhouse, tennis court, and bird sanctuary. There are also off-shore charters for sailing and fishing.
