One Rawdons Estate is a double-storey self-catering house located in the secure residential Rawdons Country Estate in Nottingham Road, in the lush and serene KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first, second, and third bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds each that can be converted to king-size beds on request. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request. This room makes use of a downstairs bathroom fitted with a shower only.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, airfryer, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and an inverter in case of load shedding.

The lounge and dining area open onto a patio with a built-in braai, a bar area and a garden area with an outdoor table and chairs.
