House Rules
A fully refundable breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required before arrival, and in turn will be returned via eft after the house is cleaned. A complete inventory of the house is available. In the event of any accidental damage incurred during your stay, please confirm this with the hostess at departure. In the event of accidental damage, the damage value will be subtracted and remaining deposit returned via eft.
Guests are asked to leave the house in a reasonable state with dirty dishes packed into the dishwasher and remaining dishes washed. Cleaning services will commence after check-out, but does not include washing of dishes. An additional cleaning fee may be subtracted from the damage deposit if dish washing is required after check-out because the additional dish washing will delay the next check-in at 14:00 pm on the same day.
Free parking is provided in the double garage with automated garage doors. Ons C-Huis is equipped with a security alarm system that is linked to a security response contractor, and Ons C-Huis forms part of their regular surveillance route.
No smoking is allowed in the house or at the in-door fireplace in the living area. Smoking is only allowed outside the house as well as outside on the front deck and out-door braai area. A deep cleaning fee will have to be subtracted from the damage deposit in event of any smoking inside the house or at the in-door fireplace in the living area.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or formal events are allowed.
Guests are asked to mutually respect the neighbours by not playing the music too loudly.
