House Rules
- As it is a quiet village, no noise is allowed before 8 am or after 9 PM.
- No parties are allowed in the house,
- No other guests, besides the number quoted for, are allowed. Should there be other guests, the establishment reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises and/or request payment for the other person.
- Visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement.
- The establishment reserves the right to charge a fee, at their discretion, if there's damage or the house rules haven't been followed.
- Check-in is from 2 pm until 6 pm. Guests must advise the establishment if they suspect late check-in. Early check-in is only allowed by prior arrangement, a fee may be charged.
- Check-out is at 10 am. Late check-out is only allowed by prior arrangement, otherwise, late check-out fees will apply.
- The establishment reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, they reasonably consider that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.
- Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and this must be done in writing. The size and breed of the pet will be taken into consideration.
- The establishment will do its best to keep guests informed of load-shedding times, however, the establishment cannot be held liable for this.
- The establishment uses borehole and rain tank water, therefore, when there is no power the pumps will not work and there will be no water on the taps. Our water comes from a borehole and rain tank.
- Confirmation of a booking by the guest is deemed acceptance of these terms.
