Description
The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (max 2 adults), and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a sleeper couch. The tastefully decorated bedroom contains a double bed, and a shower en-suite, and has lovely views. Stairs lead down to a well-equipped kitchen that includes all cooking amenities, cutlery and crockery, and a fridge-freezer. Downstairs, is also a living area with a double sleeper couch, a TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own standard decoder. Next to the flat, is an undercover braai area for private use.

Guests are to provide their own beach towels, and their own DStv decoder and smart card.
A refundable breakage deposit equivalent to 1 day's rental will be required at least 1 week before arrival. Details will be provided once the booking has been confirmed.
The units are strictly no smoking and non-adherence to this policy will result in the full breakage deposit being forfeited.
Please note the property is situated in a residential area and noise is to be kept to a minimum, right of admission is reserved and not complying with this policy will result in being asked to vacate the property immediately.
