There are 2 bathrooms, the first one is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet inside the unit, and the second outdoor bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The open-plan living area features a TV with full DStv channels and a dining area, as well as stacking doors that lead out onto a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils as well as a 4-plate gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combination. There is also a solar system.
