The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom have two single beds and has access to the second bathroom.

The third bedroom is a separate guest unit furnished with a queen size bed, and the fourth separate guest unit has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. In the main house, the well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an eye-level oven and a countertop stove, and a dishwasher.

There is also a washing machine and a tumble-dryer to use in the garage. The adjacent living area has a TV with full DStv channels, and leads out to the courtyard, which features a braai area with roll-up blinds and a splash pool. In addition, the property boasts a kids room with a TV.
