Many thanks for your feedback. We are indeed sorry to hear that you were not happy with your recent stay. We would appreciate knowing exactly what went wrong as our Manager was in and out on a number of occasions but nothing was mentioned with regards to cleanliness and rules. Please can you contact us direct and thereby give us the opportunity to address the exact problems you experienced so that we can identify the problem and take the necessary action.
