Description

Ozohere Campingsite is situated on C35 which is the main road between Uis to Khorixas and Twyfelfontein. The Ugab River is located 4 km away and there are 3 roaming desert elephants in the area. Ozohere is an Otjiherero name for a rock dassie, an animal that is very rare which can be found in the surrounding areas of the camps site.

Each campsite features a braai area, water taps, and an ablution block with 2 flush toilets and 2 showers.A restaurant is available on-site which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please be sure to book in advance.

The property offers a Himba village, where guests are able to experience the traditional life of Himbas. Guest are also able to enjoy nature walks to the Ugab river and enjoy a picnic.
