My apologies for the disorganization you mentioned. After speaking to you on the phone the morning you were due to arrive I realized your particular needs with regards to your sickly father and instructed my staff accordingly. Unfortunately, a previous guest had hidden his laptop away in a high place and this went undetected by the cleaning staff. I do apologize for the inconvenience. We supply a bath towel per person sleeping, which is rolled up at the bottom of the bed as well as hand towels and a bath mat in the bathroom. Guests are more than welcome to request more if needed. We look forward to seeing you in the future, should you need to visit East London again. P.S. The card machine is now working.
