Comfortable with good food and kind staff, but a little disorganised.

The cottage we booked was clean, comfortable and close to the hospitals we needed. The staff were exceptionally kind to my elderly parents and the food was excellent. There was an element of disorganization though. We were three people in a three bed cottage but were only given cutlery and towels for two people. We also had to pay cash as the card machine was out of order and were woken early as a previous guest had left a laptop in the cottage and this had to be retrieved.

Hi Molly,
My apologies for the disorganization you mentioned. After speaking to you on the phone the morning you were due to arrive I realized your particular needs with regards to your sickly father and instructed my staff accordingly. Unfortunately, a previous guest had hidden his laptop away in a high place and this went undetected by the cleaning staff. I do apologize for the inconvenience. We supply a bath towel per person sleeping, which is rolled up at the bottom of the bed as well as hand towels and a bath mat in the bathroom. Guests are more than welcome to request more if needed. We look forward to seeing you in the future, should you need to visit East London again. P.S. The card machine is now working.
