We recently went to Palmwag Tzaneen.

We found the customer service lovely and very much willing to make us comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. But I didn't find the cleanliness of Palmwas Tzaneen up to the standard of what they charge. The cleanliness found was not good the lightbulbs had bugs in them and looked like they hadn't been cleaned out in a while, I also noticed the rugs and the bath mat were extremely in need of a carpet clean or new ones. I didn't even want to use the bathroom one as it looked so dirty. As for the price we paid I was disappointed to find limited options for tea and coffee as me and my partner very much enjoy coffee together but there was no milk provided.
