Patz Abode is a homely and comfortable upstairs self-catering apartment located on a private residence, but with its own separate entrance. The property is centrally located close to Moses Mabhida stadium and uShaka Marine World, as well as various shopping centres and restaurants.

This stylish, upmarket and peaceful apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is a smaller room with a single bed and a work desk. A high chair, baby bath and a camping cot can be provided for an infant, on request.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, and a microwave. The dining area contains a round 4-seater dining table and chairs. The up-beat deco lounge opens to a private deck that is the ideal place to soak some rays or enjoy a gas braai, or sip a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Secure parking is provided.
