After personally dealing with you for a year and customizing your payment method to suit your needs we have not only communicated excellently throughout via numerous emails/WhatsApp's and documentation on what is available, what the holiday home looks like and much more. We have also included your extra cleaning days that you requested numerous times to ensure absolute satisfaction. Even after this we only receive four stars here? Even though you do mention in your heading that Pearly Sands is tidy, clean and safe (as it is situated in a boomed resort and is extremely safe and family friendly), you still chose to only lend four stars and three stars on security?
