Description
Pelican House is a spacious, comfortably furnished self-catering unit for 6 people in Grotto Bay, and is 340 m from the beach.
The multi-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower, and a bath. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV, and opens onto a stoep with a built-in braai area and overlooks the swimming pool. From the deck, guests have a view of the bay and Table Mountain in the distance.
Guests can explore the windswept and wild beach or visit the nearby Grotto Bay Coastal and Nature Reserve which forms part of the Cape West Coast Biosphere Reserve, and is home to a wide variety of fynbos and birdlife and offer various hiking and walking trails.
