Description

Pennington is a quaint little coastal town south of Durban along the KwaZulu Natal South Coast and is the ideal beach holiday destination for families. It is only an hour’s drive from the King Shaka International Airport.

The comfortable and well-equipped 2-bedroom unit is situated in a complex which is a short distance from the swimming beach.

The unit is situated on the first floor which is accessible by steps and has secure covered parking. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The unit also comprises 1 bathroom, an open-plan kitchen with a stove and oven, a fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.

There is a dining- and living area with ample seating and a door leading to a balcony. It features air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, an OpenView decoder and a DVD player.

Guests have access to communal braai facilities, play areas and a swimming pool.

The complex is protected by Pennington Crime Watch with number plate recognition and CCTV cameras at all entrances to Pennington. It has a very active neighbourhood watch and police surveillance, an electrically operated gate with a coded door, a night-time guard and a manager that stays on the premises.

There are shopping facilities on the ground floor which includes a restaurant, a pharmacy, a laundromat, a Saferite and a liquor store. At the beach, guests will find the Impithi Beach Kiosk which also serves breakfasts and lunches.

Pennington also hosts 3 of the best golf-courses in South-Africa, great fishing opportunities, scuba diving, horse riding trails, shark cage diving, mountain biking and hiking trails to enjoy. Only 15 km from Pennington, guests can also find the famous Crockworld Conservation Centre.
