Penny's Place on Greenway Unit 45 is a newly renovated chalet offering secure and modern self-catering accommodation in Greenway Woods, White River.
The chalet accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms with bathrooms fitted with showers. Each bedroom has been decorated with its own unique style. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the remaining bedroom contains twin beds. There are also air-conditioners in each room and each bedroom has its own entrance or can also be accessed through interleading doors inside the chalet.
The open-plan kitchen contains a spacious granite breakfast island with ample seating for breakfasts to be enjoyed together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and hob, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen also has a washing machine. The lounge boasts a fireplace and is furnished with comfortable couches in front of a flat-screen TV with an Openview subscription. Wi-Fi is also available. The lounge leads outside onto an undercover furnished patio with an outside braai overlooking a large expanse of well-manicured lawn, ideal for late-night socials and watching the sun go down.
Guests have access to their separate entrances and there is secure parking available. Guests can enjoy on-site amenities which include a communal swimming pool, trampoline, volleyball court, children’s playground, outdoor chess sets, laundry, a beauty spa, and a private gym.
