Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be honoured we require:
1. A copy of ID / Passport for all adults
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
4. Vehicle registration number/s
We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's.
Linen fee of R400 - only applicable for 2-night stays.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
Keys can be collected at the caretaker of Santorini 14:00 and 21:30. Security will direct you to the caretaker's office. He has the keys and directions to the unit. The keys can again be dropped off here with departure.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, at an extra cost and includes the making of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, braai's and sweeping and mopping of all floors. This service does not include washing dishes.
