Lovely, spacious and neat apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea, and easy access to the private beach.

Would definitely stay there again. However the unit is in serious need of maintenance (especially on the trellis gates, burglar bars and window frames). It was so rusted one battled to get the trellis gates open and shut. The furniture inside is well kept, and the décor is lovely (neat and clean). There is no shortage of crockery, cutlery and everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable for a long duration. The Weber braai was however disappointing (very small, mini sized) so as a family we were not able to enjoy a braai at the apartment. The cleaner Zama, was lovely, friendly and hardworking, and definitely an asset. Maintenance needed, other than that the perfect space!

Sun, sea, relaxation!

I would like to ask the owner to replace the mattresses in the rooms with the single beds, think of adding more heaters or some kind of heating system for the colder months. Can I suggest you consider re-doing the built in cupboards as it smells musty, we could not use the linen as it also smells musty so maybe the linen can be stored somewhere else or can be handed to the tenant after two days so the beds can be changed.

Thank you for your feedback - I will have a look at the single mattresses. Normally the throws supplied are ample for our mild winter weather, we have had a few cold spells this last month however. The coastal climate does tend to make cupboards smell a bit musty, but the humidifiers should take care of this, as well as in the linen cupboard especially, apologies for this I will supply more humidifiers to counteract the problem.
