Perla-Unit 1 can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and lounge, a verandah and a private garden. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Victoria and Alfred free-standing bath tub, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The beds are made up with pure cotton bedding and hypoallergenic pillows, and the bathrooms also feature heated towel rails and hairdryers. A fan, heater, and a safe for valuables is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Wi-Fi is available. Outside, is a covered verandah with outdoor seating and a kettle braai facility. The cottage has use of 2 private and secure parking bays.

Security deposits
Security deposit are refunded within 14 days after departure. Provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to the property or its contents
All items on the inventory list are accounted for. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and/or cleaned.
All keys, alarm and/or gate remotes are returned as handed over.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
Damage or losses:
The guest is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The guest further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner or property manager reserves the right to repossess the property if the guest or a member of their party has caused excessive damage or has failed to comply with any of the getaways rules.
Liability:
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure that safety measures are in place, Perla Hermanus, its agents, servants, owners and assigns do not except any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage sustained to any person or property whilst staying in any of the accommodation or partaking in any activity booked through us.
