Each flat consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In each flat, the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed or double bed, and the second room is furnished with 2 single beds. The kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery. The adjacent open plan lounge has a sofa and a TV with selected DStv channels. Each flat has a patio area with a charcoal built-in braai facility for guests to use.

Please take note that the Tours reserved will only be confirmed with a Cash payment at the Office. No card facilities will be available for tours.
AIRCONS :
Air-cons in the apartments use a Pre-paid meter system. This is a separate charge.
Vouchers are available at reception for R50 each and purchased at the Perna Perna Reception during office hours.
Office hours : Mon - Fri : 08h00- 16h00. Sat - Sun : 08h00- 12h00.
HOUSE RULES :
Kindly take note that we have a strict “No Noise” Policy.
A refundable No Noise + Breakage deposit of R900 per apartment is to be paid in cash at reception on arrival.
This has not been included in your accommodation rate quote.
This refundable deposit will be returned to the guest after check-out once the apartment has been checked and all found to be in order.
