Pezula Maritime Luxury - MT55 is a comfortable self-catering villa located in the prestigious Pezula Golf Estate, in Knysna. This exclusive holiday home overlooks the 14th hole of the golf course.
This 400-square metre, multi-level home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and 2 open-plan living areas. The main bedroom and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower or bath or both, with a basin and a toilet.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen that contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a laundry area. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main living area, which has a dining table with seating, leather sofas to relax on, and a fireplace; this living area leads out and down to the pool area.
Upstairs, the second living area offers a lounge suite to relax on, and a built-in braai facility for guests to use. In addition, the villa offers air-conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet access, DStv channels, and secure garage and off-street parking for vehicles.
