Taxes and Extras

The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.

Kindly note that we do not have the authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.

A R 650.00 key- and breakage deposit is payable on arrival. It is refundable within 7-14 working days after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.

DStv can be activated at the cost of R 25.00 per day.

There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R 650 is payable directly to the establishment.
