Description
Piccolo Villa is the ideal break-away for a couple or a small family. This luxury self-catering unit is situated in St Helena Bay, 10 m from the shore, on a private beach paradise, with a secure patio and braai area on the beach.
The Villa consists of one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The king-size bed with electrical blankets can be converted into twin beds, overlooking the ocean. The bedroom has a separate door leading to the covered patio and beach area. For those who love the outdoors, a warm-outdoor shower is also available.
The kitchen and living area are open-plan with doors leading onto a small lawn and then directly onto the beach. The lounge has couches that turn into single beds or comfy chairs. The Villa is airconditioned. The open-plan kitchen area has a dining table with 4 chairs.
The Villa is fully equipped with an induction plate, convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, soda stream, dishwasher and washing machine. Guests can enjoy DStv and uncapped Wi-Fi. Linen is provided, which includes bath and beach towels. A private roofed verandah with inside braai facility is situated on the beach. An outdoor braai on the beach is perfect for those who love being outside. The tidal pool in front of the Villa is perfect for parents with small children. There is a private lock-up garage available. Piccolo Villa will have the comfort of lights, a running fridge, Wi-Fi and TV during loadshedding.
