Pierlynne 2 is a downstairs self-catering unit that can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet, and a wash basin.

Pierlynne 1 is an upstairs self-catering unit that can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet, and a wash basin.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and a toaster. The lounge contains seating and a TV with full DStv. Each unit has its own separate alarm system, with Maser Security's armed response available for your peace of mind.

Furthermore, communal facilities include a laundry area with a front-loader washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a convenient hot shower with an outside door for rinsing off the invigorating seawater.
