If guests arrive after hours, please let the establishment know before your arrival date so that arrangements can be made with our team.
Once guests are at the security gate they will need to advise on the name the reservation was made in as well as the unit number which they have booked for their stay.
You will receive a Breakage & Indemnity Form as well as a Guest Registration Form at the time of your booking from the establishment. This needs to be completed prior to your arrival.
