Description

Playa Del Mar 1 is a self-catering holiday apartment located in Manaba beach, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal province. The South Coast is a collection of golden beaches, lagoons, rocky coves, grassy slopes, warm Indian Ocean waters, perpetually sunny weather, sub-tropical forests, and vegetation that draws the crowds, particularly during the festive season.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults with 2 children, and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed. There is also an alcove that contains a tri-bunk bed, a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove with an electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 5 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Ceiling fans are available in the main bedroom, lounge, kitchen and patio. Pre-paid air-conditioning is available in the lounge and main bedroom.

The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has gas braai facilities and a view of the ocean.

Communal braai facilities are also available in the complex. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in a single lock up garage. Additional open guest parking is available on a first-come, first serve basis.
