Pondjiebotter is a cosy and charming sea-front house located in Pringle Bay, a picturesque seaside town situated between Betty’s Bay and Gordon’s Bay, in the Overberg region of the Western Cape. Nestled at the foot of the Hangklip Mountain, Pringle Bay forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, boasting white sandy beaches and an abundance of exquisite fauna and flora.
The double storey house can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 small bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area and kitchen. The main bedroom contains a 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The bedrooms and bathroom are all located on the ground floor.
The top level, which enjoys uninterrupted sea views, has the open plan kitchen, living and dining room. There is an additional bathroom on this floor. There is an indoor fireplace, which is perfect for those cold, winter days, while the balcony has a built in braai for the summer. With not too many bells and whistles, Pondjiebotter is the ideal spot to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing weekend in nature.
