Description

Portobello Bay is a comfortably furnished self-catering house for 8 people in Three Hills, Port Edward.

The multi-storey house comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with TVs with selected DStv channels, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. Overlooking the swimming pool, one of the rooms is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite with a shower, and a bath.

The second bedroom also overlooks the swimming pool, and contains a double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the rooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, and a shower. The flatlet room is furnished with 2 single beds, and has a private bathroom fitted with a shower, and a toilet. Guests please need to bring their own bath and beach towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Just off the kitchen is the laundry facilities, and opens onto the courtyard.

Guests can relax in the lounge which opens onto the covered verandah and swimming pool. Small dogs are welcome with prior arrangements.

Parking is available in a double garage behind a motorised gate, and the property has electric fencing. A backup water supply is also available.

Portobello Bay is 1 km from the beach, and Port Edward offers a variety of activities for guests such as swimming, fishing, wakeboarding, super tubing, or golfing, as well as a variety of mountain biking, hiking or walking trails. Guests can visit the Port Edwards Lighthouse, the Mzamba Fossils and Petrified Forest, the St John Shipwreck, and explore the Red Desert Nature Conservation or the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve.
