Description
This room contains a double bed and has a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette complete with a mini-bar fridge, microwave, stove, cutlery, and basic crockery. A desk and chair are also available in the room with tea- and coffee-making facilities. Basic toiletries are available, as well as fresh towels that are refreshed every second day. The room has a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and guests can enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi.

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. Guests have access to a fully equipped private kitchen and a private bathroom. On arrival, guests are provided with basic toiletries and fresh towels. This room has a freshly cleaned double bed, a desk and a table as well as a tea/coffee station with a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Guests also have a private lounge area which also has a TV set connected to DSTV. Guests have two entrances; a sliding door at the front-facing a shared carport and one at the back of the property, which leads to a spacious yard and a shared braai area. The property is monitored around the clock with surveillance cameras and is in the care of a reputable security firm.
House Rules
- Kindly inform us prior to your arrival if you would like any extra amenities. We will do our best to find them and you can reimburse us on arrival.
- If you are travelling with children then kindly inform us if you require any additional support or amenities for them. Where applicable, extra costs may be incurred.
- Please remember to leave the keys with the owner or the property manager on departure. A R500 fine will be charged if keys are not handed in.
- A set of towels is provided to each guest on arrival. These together with the bedding are changed every third day for long-staying guests.
- We do not offer a laundry service but special arrangements can be made with the manager at an additional cost.
- Proleefic House on Florence will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to guest property.
- An iron and ironing board is provided. We urge that all guests make use of these and not iron on the bed.
- In the interest of safety, kindly ensure that all doors are locked when you leave.
- Please switch off lights when you are the last to leave any room on the premises.
- Unfortunately, no visitors are allowed at Proleefic House on Florence. Only paying guests are allowed on the premises.
- Proleefic House on Florence is a strictly non-smoking zone. Please smoke outside. If caught smoking in the building or and in any rooms an R500 penalty fee will be charged and you will be asked to leave the property without any refund on your stay. This also applies if your room is left smelling of smoke. No smoking from windows is allowed either.
- The braai facility outside is available to all guests. Guests are asked to clean it after use.
- Kindly consider fellow guests and neighbours and keep the noise levels down. Ensure that your noise level is to the bare minimum after 22:00 This also applies to group bookings as well.
- We have 3 on-site parking spots within the premises which are available on a first-come basis. When fully occupied, cars can also be parked outside the gate.
Although Oakdale is a safe area, we advise you to take all your valuables out of your cars.
- Proleefic House on Florence will not be responsible for any loss/damage/break-ins or fines related to cars of any guest nor will be responsible for any loss or stolen personal belongings.
- All dishes and pots are to be done by the guests themselves including drying of and packing away. Dishwashing liquid will be provided.
- Eating and drinking are permitted anywhere within the premises but you are asked to clean after yourself and use the dust bins provided to dispose of any unwanted items.
- We ask that you keep the premises clean at all times.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed on the premises.
- A card facility is available at the property. Where possible, it is recommended that guests make use of this facility instead of making cash payments.
