The owner's apartment is located on the top floor, and Prosperita is on the ground floor. The unit is tastefully decorated and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and there are 2 single beds in the second room, with a shower, bath, toilet and basin in the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a fridge-freezer; a microwave; an oven with a stove; a washing machine; a dishwasher; and ample built-in cupboards. The lounge has comfortable seating, and there is a TV with full DStv viewing. Guests are welcome to make use of the covered braai area, or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool as well.
