Description

Providence 27 is a self-catering apartment located in the secure Providence complex in Ramsgate. The complex is approximately 400 m from the main Ramsgate Blue Flag Beach and is close to the lagoon and various other shops and amenities.

This unit can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and make use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet.

The main living area has a dining area with an 8-seater dining table and a kitchen that is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. The lounge is furnished with a large comfortable couch and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Please note the unit does not have Wi-Fi.

Leading through the sliding doors, there is a large balcony with a table and 6 chairs overlooking Ramsgate's main beach, the lagoon and also the mountains and scenery.

The complex is very safe and also has a clubhouse with a large swimming pool and many braai facilities. In the clubhouse, there is a dartboard, a pool table as well as a large bar counter for the convenience of all guests.

Ramsgate is known for its water problems, the complex is equipped with 160 000-litre storage tanks as well as the unit also has its own 2400-litre storage tank that kicks in automatically if there is a water shortage.
