Providence 40 is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom self-catering holiday unit located in Ramsgate. It enjoys a great location with lovely views of Ramsgate Blue Flag Main Beach, just a short 400-metre walk away, and the lagoon a few metres from the unit. Margate is also conveniently less than a five-minute drive away.

The main en-suite bedroom features a double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There's also a sleeper couch in the lounge. All 3 rooms offer pleasant sea views.

Guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach and bath towels. A tumble dryer is available for convenience.

The unit's open-plan kitchen/dining and lounge lead to a large covered patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying braais (using only charcoal and firelighters) while admiring the surroundings.
