Quelaclemente offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a house of unique design and character, situated in the peaceful Westbank area of Oudtshoorn. The property features a large garden for guests to enjoy, as well as a spacious verandah with an L-shaped couch and coffee table for sunbathing or evening relaxation.
The house can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and has its own bathroom and a TV with its own DStv decoder. There is an additional bedroom with a single bed, and in addition to the main house is an annexe with a single bed and its own toilet. There is a second bathroom and both bath and shower facilities are available.
The spacious lounge has a number of sofas as well as a designated workspace for a laptop user. The lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels and free Wi-Fi is provided.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, hob, microwave with grill and convection oven, and cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a scullery, and an iron and ironing board are provided in the separate annexe at the rear of the house.
Two display rooms with model aircraft and cars and antique radiograms can also be browsed by guests who are also invited to read from an extensive collection of books, covering a wide range of subjects.
At the west end of the house is a braai area. Off-street parking is provided both at the front of the double garage and also at the rear of the house next to the annexe.
The location offers easy access to local restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Oudtshoorn is the 'Ostrich Capital of the World' and there are safari farms within easy driving distance.
This property has an inverter and therefore guests won't be affected by load shedding.
