Guests will be required to please show their ID, driver's licence or passport before check-in.
A compulsory non-refundable R350 room cleaning fee will be added to each booking. To be paid in cash on arrival or added to total payable.
No smoking is allowed. A R1000 fine will be charged if not adhered to.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
No noise in the communal areas after 22:00.
Loss of keys/remotes will be charged for at a cost of R750 cash.
A refundable damages deposit of R1000 cash will be collected on check in.
An additional R150 p/night charge is added for bookings over 2 guests.
