Our unit is smoke-free (no smoking inside the unit).
Any breakage is to be reported to the owner and arrangements are to be made for settlement replacement amount.
Leave our unit in the same state as you received it.

No pets allowed.
Unfortunately, we don't accept any Matrics for the Matriekbaai.
No fishing bait is to be kept in the fridge or freezer.
Keys to be handed in wen departing.
Please note
The braai is not to be moved on to the patio or under the porch.
Please be careful to arson.
Windows and doors are to be closed and locked when leaving the unit.
Chairs and pillows are not to be removed from the unit or onto the patio.
Accommodation is only for the amount of paid guests, should you have more quests, arrange with the owner about the additional cost to be paid.
