Description
Ramsgate Holiday Home KRB1 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation, and is located in the seaside town of Ramsgate. This holiday home is within close proximity to various attractions and facilities in the town.
This modernly built, spacious, multi-level home can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and open-plan living areas. The main, second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed and feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower or bath. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the fifth bedroom has two 3-quarter size beds.
There are two charcoal braai stands. One is movable and the other is by the swimming pool area.
NB: Water is extremely scarce in the area. Please use water wisely – towels will only be washed for stays of 4 nights or more
The house features a fully equipped kitchen that contains an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, a selection of crockery and cutlery, and other appliances to use. The main living area has sofas to relax on, and leads out to the balcony which offers lovely views of the sea over the rooftops and the area.
In addition, the home boasts a cinema room and an entertainment area that has a bar and pool table, as well as a garage and off-street parking. Please be aware there is a steep driveway to the house.
This house has an inverter that runs the TV, along with solar lights and a gas stove to minimise the effects of loadshedding. The property is within 1 km from the Ramsgate Ski Boat Club and beach, within 2 km from the well-known Waffle House and other restaurants, and other attractions in the area.
