The best holiday ever!

Ramsgate Palms with its ocean view and a beach that is a stone throw away is the best place a person can go to distress and time out. The facility is clean inside and outside the unit. Staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcome! It's the best place for a holiday anytime of year!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Ramsgate Palms.

Do feel that no provision of a TV set is unacceptable. Advised could take own DSTV Smartcard but no DSTV decoder present. The unit does require some general maintenance i.e. cracks and mould on walls in main bedroom. For the tariff, the once off cleaning of the unit can surely be included. Overall enjoyed our stay with 6 adults within the unit. Bedding clean and most comfortable!

Hi Greg,

Thank you for your review. There is a TV in the unit which is functional. In terms of the DStv we do inform guests both on the portfolio page of the property on the website, also under the extra information, as well as in an email when confirming the booking that there is no DStv in the unit, however, you can bring your own decoder, smart card, remote and cables. We also provide guests with the contact details of a company in Margate that hires decoders. In terms of the once off cleaning fee, this covers the cleaning once you have departed the unit as well as the laundry of the linen.

The best holiday ever!

Oh! What a lovely area, what a lovely place. It's quiet, safe and secure. I got the rest I needed. The beach and the man-made pool was the best! The view from Unit I's veranda, hmmm, was out of this world. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. We had a WOW experience! We actually did not want to go home! We will be definitely book the same unit again in the near future.
