Description

Ramsgate Rendezvous 3 is a modern and beautifully furnished, apartment in a secure complex in Ramsgate, with beautiful sea views. The unit is very close to the beach gate.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults with 1 child and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom has a beautiful sea view and contains a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a ceiling fan, as well as a portable standing fan, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed, as well as a small desk and portable ceiling fan. These 2 bedrooms share the modern second bathroom which is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 66666 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with an open view decoder. You are welcome to bring along your own DStv decoder and smart card.

A large patio, with panoramic sea views, is off the lounge. The patio is equipped with patio furniture seating 6, an umbrella, and a kettle braai.

There is a swimming pool in the complex and an undercover parking bay is allocated to this unit as well as secure visitor’s parking at the front of the complex. The complex also has a laundry room so washing can be done there.

There is direct beach access via a beach gate and Ramsgate main beach is about 200 m away. Shops and restaurants are available within close proximity.

All linen and towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.
