Description
Raven House is a self-catering holiday home located in the residential suburb of West Beach, in Bloubergstrand. The house ideal for a variety of guests, be it a family vacation, honeymooners, business travellers or kiteboarders. It is roughly a 4-minute drive from the popular Bloubergstrand kiteboarding beachfront and situated within close proximity to a variety of restaurants, shops, malls and a popular wine route. West Beach is located approximately 19 km from Cape Town City Center and 28 km from Cape Town International Airport.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. There is also a sunroom and an outdoor entertainment area with a pool and gas braai facilities. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedroom contains a double bed. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. A camping cot can be provided upon request. Bath towels and soap are provided for guests. Guests are required to bring along their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Netflix, boasting a bouquet of movies, series, and documentaries guests can choose from, for both adults and kids. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The sunroom features the dining area which offers seating space for 6 people and opens up onto a covered patio area furnished with outdoor seating.
Backup power is provided by an inverter, allowing guests to be unaffected by load shedding. The house is child-friendly, and the kitchen is equipped with plastic kitchenware for children.
