3 Rawdons Estate is a double-storey self-catering house located in the secure residential Rawdons Country Estate in Nottingham Road, in the lush and serene KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The first, second and third bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, washbasin and a toilet and shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain queen size beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and washbasin. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and contains 2 single beds. This room has use of a downstairs bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen, dining and living area are downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains comfy couches, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.

The lounge and dining area opens to a patio with a warm fireplace, bar area and garden area with outdoor seat chairs, and a braai.
