Glad nie. Kamers nie baie skoon nie. Ontvangs baie swak.

We were attending a wedding in the area so it was convenient for a one-night stay. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. I believe the rule is after 22h00, no noise. This was not the case on Saturday evening. It was very noisy until the early hours of the morning. Besides the noise, the pillows were very uncomfortable and hard. We did bring this to the ladies' attention at the reception area. Other than these, the place is very neat and safe.

Regal Inn Ballito stay was great!

Our stay was great as the place we stayed in was at the perfect location and close to the shops and a quick drive to the beach and tidal pools. However, a few things bothered us. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. The TV has limited to four TV channels. The door closes loudly. We requested to be moved to another room; only available was a double room and not a king room as per the room we had initially.

24/7 raas dit, dis die gaste wat raas, nie personeel nie.

Van bespreking tot ons geloop het was alles vinnig en baie goed hanteer.

Ons sal verseker weer daar bly as ons moet gaan werk daardie kant. Baie dankie vir julle puik diens.

Baie maklik om te kry, baie hulpvaardig, en veilig om te oornag.

Baie stil en veilige omgewing naby alle winkels.

Nice overnight stay.

Everything was nice except the mattress that has seen better days and the sliding door was stuck.

Dit was aaklig. Ek sal hulle nooit aanbeveel nie.

Wanneer ons bespreek het is daar nie genoem dat daar geen ontbyt fasiliteite sou wees nie. Hulle was besig met verbetering en die gekap en geboor was die heeltyd oorverdowend, ons is glad nie in kennis gestel dat die plek aan die bou is nie, maar die ergste was die Saterdag aand. Die karwag het omtrent 40 van sy vriende in die parkeerarea vermaak met musiek en drank, ek het foto's tot 5 uur die oggend. Die lawaai was walglik. Ek het die ontvangs probeer bel, maar geen antwoord. Ek was te bang om uit te gaan, dit was net ek en my dogter in die kamer. Toe dit lig word het ek wel die sekuriteitswag gaan sê om die mense in die parkeer area te vra om te verdaag. Hy het nie. Ek het toe die polisie gebel en toe is die lawaaimakers eers daar weg. Wat 'n aaklige ondervinding. Ons maak al vir jare gebruik van die webtuiste, en dis die eerste keer wat die diens so swak was.

First of all the Regal Inn is not a 4 star but a 3 star. Secondly their staff is unprofessional and untrained. On arrival I informed them that I have requested a room with a balcony, they informed me that they where not informed.

When we entered our room the bedding was worn and the bed had seen better days. It appears to me that this place is only for overnight visitors. The breakfast in the mornings were poor and it was served out of a little kitchen that is unhygienic, we opted not to eat there. Due to the bad bed I suffered with back and neck pains and decided to leave earlier. This was the worst experience we ever had and will not recommend this place at all.
