Situated in Langebaan Country Estate, On the 8th is a spacious self-catering house for 6 people with a play park on the one side and the golf course on the other side.
The lovely house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a lounge and a braai area. The main bedroom is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a bath and a toilet as well as a dressing room. WiFi is available and there is a Smart TV. There is no DStv. There is an inverter that provides power to a few lights, the TV and the WiFi during power outages, as well as extra lights that stay on during power outages.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The third bedroom contains a double bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower and a toilet.
The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar. A dishwasher is also available for guests to use.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV, and opens onto the enclosed braai area with a 10-seater dining table, and overlooks the golf course.
Langebaan Country Estate offers a communal swimming pool, an entertainment area for children, a gym, a spa, tennis courts, 2 goal nets, a soccer field, voleyball net, a put-put course, bowling, walking and cycling routes, bird watching opportunities as well as 2 restaurants.
