Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed in the house. Failure to comply will result in a fine.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- Breakage deposit please needs to be paid before arrival, and will be refunded 7 days after check-out should all be in order.
- Parties and visitors are not allowed. Failure to comply will result in guests being evicted from the property.
- More guests than the total capacity are not allowed to overnight. Failure to comply will result in guests being evicted from the property.
- Guests of all ages are viewed as a guest and pay the same amount.
- Guests under 21 years of age may not stay over without adult supervision.
- Day visitors are allowed with prior arrangements only.
